Dave was self employed or President/CEO of businesses most of his thirty plus year working history. Throughout his career he was known for his innovative problem solving techniques learned the hard way through trial and error.

His immediate ten years of employment prior to opening WCMC he was successfully in charge of all aspects of a large temporary help company specializing in industrial labor, both daily and long term assignments. It was during that time period that he honed his skills and knowledge on employment and work comp issues and how they relate and impact over all business management decisions.

His ability to develop and find creative solutions to work comp and related employment issues is the driving force of the company.

Dave takes a “hands on” approach with claims and continues to be involved in the day to day activities on claims for his clients.

Larry Peterson has been in the legal arena for over 21 years- practicing law in the employer defense of workers compensation claims. From 1984 to date, he has specialized in Minnesota and Wisconsin workers compensation cases. For the last 12 years he has maintained his own private practice along with two other equally qualified workers compensation attorneys. Mr. Peterson also teaches workers compensation classes to law students at The William Mitchell College of Law. His private practice currently includes representing self-insured businesses- both large and small, as well as being the senior legal consultant for WCMC, Inc.
